Pregnancy Pilates, Strength & Stretch Class
Designed to tone your pelvic floor and ‘core’, strengthen and stretch muscles pregnancy affects, these classes are essential for you to help manage your pregnancy. They will work on ‘your’ areas of need, combining basic strength training with a clinical pilates approach which you’ll find beneficial not only in pregnancy but through labour and beyond.
All clients require an individual assessment prior to attendance of these classes to assist our physiotherapist in managing your pregnancy appropriately. Please call us for further information and current pricing.
