Dry Needling

Dry needling uses fine needles to treat myofascial (muscular) trigger points.  These are the points of most tension in the muscle.

Many of you have already had massage or trigger point release treatment without needling to tight muscles before.  The great thing about dry needling is that it can be a lot more specific!

Dry needling targets the trigger points, which is the direct and palpable source of patient pain.

Dry needling is claimable under your private physiotherapy extras cover when completed in a physiotherapy consult.
